Our Money Back Guarantee removes the worry of buyer’s remorse. If you change your mind about a product you purchased, it may be returned for a refund. Just follow all guidelines and return the order within 30 days of the order’s delivery date.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, once any product from our website is opened, it cannot be returned for a refund. Manufacturing defects and other issues may be eligible for a replacement.
- All items must be returned within 30 days of the order date. Any item returned after the 30 days but before 40 days will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- All items must be in their original packaging and cannot be opened in any way. Any returned item that is opened will be sent back to the buyer at the buyer's expense.
- A receipt from the original purchase date for all items being returned must be included in the return package. All purchase receipts are sent via email after purchase, and all emails are sent to the email address left at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
- All products are eligible; however shipping costs are not refunded. If the order was shipped with the free shipping option, $5.95 will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

Vape Warranty Guidelines
- All eligible vapes must be returned within their respective warranty coverage time period. Most vapes have a 30-day warranty.
- The vape warranty covers manufacturing defects pertaining to the vape battery and internal circuitry. The vape mouthpiece, filter screens, used coils, atomizers, cartridges, vape tanks and similar vape parts are not covered. Accidental drops, water damage and normal ware and tare are not covered.
- A receipt from the original purchase date for the items being returned must be included in the return package. All purchase receipts are sent via email after purchase, and all emails are sent to the email address left at checkout.

Product Warranty
Our Product Warranty guarantees the safe delivery of all products, from glass pipes to vaporizers and herb grinders. If your product happens to arrive broken or with a manufacturing defect, just reach out to customer service to receive a replacement.

- All replacement requests must be submitted to a customer service representative within 72 hours of the order’s confirmed delivery date.
- The guarantee covers all vape coils, heating chambers, atomizers, cartridges, and vape tanks that do not work due to a manufacturing defect. Used vape coils, heating chambers, atomizers, cartridges, and vape tanks are not covered. Accidental drops, water damage and normal ware and tare are not covered.
