All orders are shipped with a tracking number so that you can follow the order from shipment to arrival. All tracking information and shipping updates will be sent to the email address left at checkout. You are never responsible if the tracking does not update with a delivery confirmation. Any package that has not updated for 21 days is eligible for free re-shipment. Certain international orders are excluded. If your tracking information has not updated, just reach out to our friendly customer service for help.

In most instances, all orders are usually shipped same-day but please allow up to 24-48 hours for processing and handling. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday and sometimes on Saturday, excluding holidays. Orders processed during the weekend will be shipped out the next shipping day.
